Submit the Manual J, D and the Extended Rating Table information for the HVAC being proposed. Please show the location of the HVAC components on the drawing (if it is on the roof, please indicate so) 4. Add all of the information from your response document onto your drawings. Ensure that the circuit breaker number supplying the receptacle, lights, appliances, etc are indicated on the drawing. 5. Ensure that besides being Tamper Resistant, ensure that AFCI is also present where required. Locate both the Smoke Alarm and Carbon Monoxide on the drawing (label them as such). 6. We understand that you are needing to permit 4 units. As previously mentioned, each unit must have their own separate permit.
