Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). An Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is a permitted use in the zone, (Table 4.8-2), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, 8, & 9 and 6.6.3.

This comment is still applicable. As the porch is attached to Unit #1 a separate permit is required. 1. Based on aerial photos the “EXIST COVERTED PORCH #1” called out on the plot plan shows up sometime after 2015. Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for this porch. Provide approved permit documents with the next submittal. If you are not able to provide approved permit documents for this porch a separate permit will be required.
