Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken.

After reviewing aerial views of property and PRO, it appears that PV modules are mounted on an unpermitted porch structure on the back-center of the building. Searching city records shows no permit history for this addition which was constructed around 2004 -2005. Either provide permit documentation, apply for, and receive permits for the structure or remove the PV modules from the unpermitted structure.
