This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The City of Tucson adopted the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code and 2018 International Residential Code with amendments on 1/1/2019 along with requirements of the Arizona Revised Statute 36-1681. Show the current code reference on the plans. All engineers and architects involved in the design of the structure are to seal the related sheets of plans, details and calculations in accordance with the rules of the State Board of Technical Registration SITE PLAN: 1. Show compliance with the pool enclosure barrier requirement by including a continuous 5-foot barrier around the pool, including Self-closing/Self-latching gates that open away from the pool, ARS 36-1681. PLUMBING PLANS: 1. Notate and specify all piping materials and equipment, P2608. 2. Show gas line size, type and rout/length from gas meter to pool heater. Show burial depth and tracer line, G2415.17.3. 3. Show gas pipe sizes in compliance with connected pipe-length and demand, G2413.3 & Table G2413.4(1) Metallic pipe or Table G2413.4(7) Polyethylene plastic pipe. Provide a gas line isometric or table for showing the BTU demand and length of line to each gas appliance. ELECTRICAL PLANS: 1. Use Table E3705.5.3 for sizing 15, 20 & 30 AMP branch circuit conductors and protection ratings. 2.
