Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. There is an existing Permit (TC-RES-0323-03633) under a different contractor. If you would like to proceed with a new application you need to withdraw permit# TC-RES-0323-03633. Once permit # TC-RES-0323-03633 is withdrawn, you may proceed with this permit (TC-RES-0323-03663). We can only have one permit for the same address at a time for the same scope of work. The link to request to withdraw a permit is in your TDC account under the "Sub Records" tab.
