Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken.

1. After review of aerial views of the property, it appears that PV modules are mounted on an unpermitted carport structure on the North side of the building. Searching city records through PRO shows no permit history for this addition. Either provide permit documentation, apply for and receive permits for the structure or remove the PV modules from the unpermitted structure.
