As such, a DDO application shall be submitted with your resubmittal under permit number TC-RES-0323-03428. The DDO application and requirements may be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/2019_DDO_for_Setback_and_Height_UDC.pdf. Ensure all Zoning Review Section comments are addressed prior to submittal of a DDO application. Additionally, provide structurally engineered drawings for the perimeter wall as walls above seven feet in height require a building permit.
