1 Provide a complete panel schedule with the following information; (a) Assigned branch circuit numbers and circuit breakers for all the loads served including Mechanical and Plumbing equipment and correlate with the electrical power floor plan. (b) Show load for each branch circuit or feeder. (c) Indicate Voltage, Main circuit breaker or not, AIC rating, Phase, and balanced loads, NEC art 408.4, 408.58. (d) Assign a branch circuit for the Smoke Detectors. (e) The ‘Small Appliance Branch Circuits’ for the kitchen shall be rated at 20 amps, not 15 amps NEC art 210.11C and 210.52B.

2 The panel detail ‘B’ does not follow NEMA standards for load center or breaker panel configuration. For example; There are 2- circuit #3’s and 2- circuit #8’s feeding different loads. There is no designation between 2-pole and 1-pole circuit breakers. The circuits are not in correct order from top to bottom. The panel bus arrangement is not shown, NEC 408.3A-thru-E.

3 Show a complete electrical line diagram of the associated electrical service including the feeder size and type, OCPD protecting the feeder for the new Condo #15 panel, NEC 240, 310.

(b) Note at the bottom of the ‘CIRCUIT KEY’ What is meant by the terms ‘2018 IEC’?

(c) What does the encircled #1 represent shown at the top of the electrical floor plan.

(d) Locate the new Breaker Panel on the electrical floor plan.

5 Provide for Combination Arc Fault and GFI protected branch circuits or receptacles (roof) as required per art 210 NEC.

6 Provide for Tamper resistant receptacles as required per art 210, and 406.12 NEC.

7 Provide compliance the 2018 IECC for the lighting.

8 Provide compliance with the 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code for the exterior Lighting.

9 Show the location of the electrical Service for the building on the Site Plan.
