You will need to submit three separate permits 2 residential trade permits and one residential fence permit be sure to include your violation number CE-VIO0123-01342 in each permit . When submitting the trade permits for the ac one for each unit please note that a manual J is needed for both new and replacements. Plans or template is needed for a new (first time) AC system see link below. When submitting the fence permit provide a site plan showing the proposed wall/fence or at a minimum provide an aerial photo showing the location of the proposed wall as well as the length and height. This permit will be voided.
