COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1.COMMENT: Please provide the setback dimension. The minimum side and rear setback in the HO-3 zone is the greater of 10ft or ¾ the height of the structure measured from design grade to top of wall. If you are unable to meet the setback requirements, historic is able to waiver these requirements.
2.COMMENT: Draw dimension and label the height of the new structure measured from design grade to top of wall.

3.COMMENT: This site is located in the HO-3 zone (UDC 4.7.9). Historic Review is required. Below is the link for the historic application. Please contact Jodie Brown (jodie.brown@tucsonaz.gov) or Michael Taku (michael.taku@tucsonaz.gov). Zoning can not approve until the historic review has been approved.
