The minimum side and rear setback in the HO-3 zone is the greater of 10ft or ¾ the height of the structure measured from design grade to top of wall. If you are unable to meet the setback requirements, historic is able to waiver these requirements. 2.COMMENT: Draw dimension and label the height of the new structure measured from design grade to top of wall. 3.COMMENT: This site is located in the HO-3 zone (UDC 4.7.9).
