Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken.

1. A special inspection request is required with the permit application for all field welding and structural welding.
2. Anchor bolts must be a minimum of ½” diameter and embedded not less than 7” into concrete, 2018 IRC 603.3.1.
