COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

Please provide permit documentation for the 10x10 shed if permits are not available please include the shed with this submittal, Please provide the height of shed.

1.COMMENT: Zoning is unable to write DDO comments without the height. The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure’s wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). The proposed setback for the shed to the north 2’0” and to the east is 1’6”. At a minimum, a neighbor’s setback waiver is required to reduce the perimeter yard setback. To secure this waiver the following text shall be provided on the plot plan and be signed and dated by the owner of the property to the North and to the East:
My Name is____________________ and I am the owner of the property located at_______________________. I have reviewed the site plan and I have no objection to structure being located or constructed________ feet from the property line as depicted on the site plan.
