Permit Activity Number: TC-RES-0226-00864 (1st Review) Project: Construction of Pool and Spa Location: 8315 E WOODLAND RD Review Date: 2/27/2026 Reviewer: Marco Contreras – Engineering Associate - Site Engineering Site Engineering Comments: 1. This property located at 8315 E Woodland Rd is located within the Tanque Verde Creek FEMA AE floodplain and will require a floodplain use (FPU) permit for work within a floodplain. a. The FPU permit is an entirely separate permit application. To submit for the FPU permit, go to the sub records of permit TC-RES-0226-00864 within the TDC account associated with the permit. 2. For the submission of the FPU permit and resubmission of the Residential building permit, please submit the construction plans. 3. Site Engineering will be unable to approve permit TC-RES-0226-00864 until the associated FPU permit is approved. It is recommended that the FPU permit process be started and achieve approval and issuance prior to the resubmission of this residential permit to ensure no project delays and review overlap.
