A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8, & .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (Comment) The site plan provided is not sufficient. Please submit a full site plan that meets the requirements found here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Site-Plan-Examples These requirements include but are not limited to: a. Show all property lines and their dimensions. This can be found here under Lot 13 of Block 2: https://gis.pima.gov/maps/subdiv/select.cfm?null=&bkpg=02007 b. Add the name of the property owner c. Add the zoning classification, which is R-2 d. Show all existing and proposed structures e. Indicate setback distances between all structures and applicable property lines f. Show dimensions and heights of all structures g. Show square footage of the parcel, it appears to be 50x100 per the plat h. Total square footage of all enclosed structures i. Total square footage of all vehicular use areas j. Add a lot coverage calculation, which is the percentage of the site occupied by enclosed buildings and vehicular-use areas 2. (Comment) More comments may be forthcoming with the submittal of a completed site plan.
