For the submission of the FPU permit and resubmission of the Residential building permit, please submit the construction plans. 3. Site Engineering will be unable to approve permit TC-RES-0226-00751 until the associated FPU permit is approved. It is recommended that the FPU permit process be started and achieve approval and issuance prior to the resubmission of this residential permit to ensure no project delays and review overlap. A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1.
