I will include a link to our web page where you will find examples of a simple site plan. Please make sure and indicate the distance the fence is from the face of the curb. https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Site-Plan-Examples Please indicate the height of the fence as the fence appears to be over 6 ft high if so a Design Development Option will be required instructions for DDP below. FENCE/WALL OVER 6 FEET – DDO REQUIRED UDC 6.6.2.I A perimeter fence or wall is not permitted to be greater than 6’ unless the portion over 6’ is at least 75% see-through (still then, the overall height cannot be more than 10’). You may apply for a Design Development Option (DDO) to allow the fence to remain above 6’.
