Additionally, water repiping must adhere to the 2024 IRC providing all fixtures, pipe size, and include details if you will be repiping cold AND hot water lines. All construction shall comply with the 2024 International Building Codes, the 2023 NEC, and City of Tucson Amendments. **All construction permitted after Jan. 1 2026 shall comply with the 2024 International Building Codes, the 2023 NEC, and all City of Tucson adopted amendments.
