Show the (Ramada B north side) structure with one-hour fire-resistive wall (fire spread barrier) parallel with the adjoining (neighboring) property line in compliance with IBC Table 721.1(2) or provide a clear 24" fire separation distance between the property line and the structure.

Provide a separate response letter addressing the comment. Submit the updated construction plans in a separate file from the letter.
