This site is located within the HO-3 Zone (UDC 4.7.15). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-3).

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed.

1. A response letter addressing the April 13, 2026 site zoning review was missing. Provide the following:

a. A site plan that meets the requirements show in in the basic plot plan example at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Site-Plan-Examples . The site plan provided for the Historic Preservation review is helpful, but does not contain the information required for zoning.

b. Include the square footage of existing shed on the west side of the property as referenced in the 4/13/26 site zoning review. As with Comment 1, if permit documentation cannot be provided, all structures less than 200 square feet can be included in this permit. A separate permit will be required if the structure exceeds this threshold and/or has utilities serving it (shed, in this case), and the application number noted on the site plan. It is our responsibility to ensure that the property is up to code prior to final approval for any building application.

2. Once the above site plan and shed information has been provided, including the permit number for the shed if it is over 200 sq. ft. Please also add the Historic Review approval letter and materials to your resubmission.

3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
