A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Please resubmit a site plan for TC-RES-0226-00518. Staff acknowledge that the packet submitted for the Historic review also contained a site plan; however, this was specifically for the HPZ. Building and Zoning require a separate, clear site plan for stamping containing the existing and proposed improvements including materials, location, height and linear feet. If the HPZ placed conditions on the plan, please include those changes to the site plan. 2. Please include a brief response letter with the site plan and the HPZ Notice of Decision for SD-0326-00042 (without the entire packet). 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
