1) The proposed configuration of the ESS in relation to the DG meter does not comply with TEP ESR SR-710 13(a). Please verify that this arrangement has been approved by TEP or revise the layout so that the ESS is installed downstream of the DG meter, allowing the meter to measure all PV production.
