Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: Previous comment 5 not accurately addressed. Please draw, label, and dimension the ½ ROW from the centerline of Euclid Ave to the face of curb and from the face of curb to the property line. Refer to paving plan I-75-020 if necessary. https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/construction-plans/details/I-75-020. The ½ ROW from centerline to property line is 40’.
2. Comment: Previous comment 8 not addressed. This site is located in Feldmans Historic District. A Neighborhood Preservation Zone (NPZ) review and approval is required prior to zoning approval.
