TC-RES-0225-00690 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 9750 E CANNON PL Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. On the site plan, please include the following: a. The electrical home run between main panel and the pool equipment b. Any and all gas runs, including their size & the BTUs to any equipment they will be used for (eg: 1.25”X40’ for 400k BTU gas heater) – if applicable. More comments may be forth coming once corrections have been made. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set.
