A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). 1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the proposed pool location and has no issue. However, recent aerials show that there are several unpermitted additions to the property dating back to 2016; a shed on the northwestern portion of the property, multiple shade sail structures (front drive way and rear yard), and a patio extension off of the northern western portion of the main house. Please provide permit documentation of these additions, or apply for a separate permit for the structures. Zoning cannot approve of this permit until the unpermitted structures have been permitted. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: revised residential building permit along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.
