A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9 & .10. 1. COMMENT: The previous comment still applies. Part of the proposed fence location shown on the drawing appears to be located off the property. According to property records the eastern most property line is 80 feet in length. The drawing provided shows and 80 feet long fence line, with an additional 5 foot added, the 5 foot jog is not located on the property. After the 80 foot length the fence cannot continue an addition 5 feet. The fence will have to continue straight along the the 60 foot section shown. The link below has the dimensions for the property.
