1. After a review of aerial views(https://maps2.tucsonaz.gov/Html5Viewer/?viewer=maptucson#) of the property, it appears that PV modules are mounted on an unpermitted carport structure on the east side of the building. Searching city records through PRO (https://pro.tucsonaz.gov/address_search/) found no permit history for this carport. Either provide completed permit and inspection documentation, apply for and complete permit review and inspections for the structure or remove the PV modules from the unpermitted structure.
2. For wind uplift use 115 mph in 3sec gust, Table R301.2(1). https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/pdsd/documents/building-code/2018_-_irc_amendments.pdf
3. Non-listed equipment for mounting and attachments to the roof must include a design and seal by an Arizona Registrant (S-5!).
4. Provide a lag-bolt connection up-lift calculation demonstrating the wind load supporting capability, or provide an engineer’s calculation, and sealed design, R301.1, R324.4.
