COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6.

1. This comment was not addressed. Either provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example or and aerial photo that clearly shows the property lines and the proposed location of the wall.

2. If any of the proposed wall is located along the north property line the plan shall clearly show the curb along Michigan Dr. along with a dimension from centerline of Michigan Dr. to the face of curb, where pavement meets the concrete curb, and from the face of curb to the north property line. Per Construction Plan I-780 found at: https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/construction-plans/details/I-780, the distance from centerline to the curb is 22’ and from curb to property line is 8’.
