This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. 1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example. 2. Based on aerial photographs there is what appears to be a porch type structure along the west side of the dwelling unit that shows up some time after 2022. Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for this porch addition. Either, 1) Provide approved permit documents, 2) Provide building permit documents for the porch structure and include it in this permit, or 3) show this porch structure to be removed form site.
