This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Update the panel schedule showing panel size, circuit numbers, ampacity, wire size and general description for the 2 new circuits, E3404.13 & E3706.2. Provide a panel schedule showing wire size of each circuit or notate the wire size for each protection rating, E3702.2. 2. Provide the tankless water heater manufacturer’s spec sheet to verify the water heater circuit size for serving the load, E3702.11. 3. Provide a floor plan showing the location of the water heater and the range. Is the existing range a gas fired? If so, note on the plans that the gas line will be permanently capped.
