Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Aerial views of the property show the overhead service conductors passing over the roof. The overhead service conductor over the structure requires an 8’ clearance above the roof, E3604.2.1. Show a mast height necessary to achieve this clearance. The necessary mast height at the existing panel location may not be a feasible installation and may require the relocation of the service entrance to a code compliant location. 2.
