This site is located in the R-3 zone (UDC 4.7.12). A single family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6. 1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO) (UDC 3.11.1). 2. The maximum height of a wall or fence within a perimeter yard shall be six (6) feet (UDC Section 6.6.2.I). The maximum height of a retaining wall is ten (10) feet from design grade and no higher than six (6) feet measured from the top of the retaining portion of the wall (UDC Section 6.6.2.I.2).
