This comment was not addressed. Show all structures on the site plan. A detached accessory structure in the front yard appears in aerial photography beginning in 2021. Per UDC 6.6.3.C, detached accessory buildings are not permitted in the buildable area extending the full width of the lot between the principal building and the front street lot line. A Board of Adjustment variance is required to allow this shed to remain in the front yard. Indicate whether the shed will be removed or placed elsewhere with the next submittal.
