Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf, to include but not limited to: a. Provide a lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 and the example shown on the Residential Plot Plan Requirements. b. The parcel east/west dimension is not correct and should be 150’. c. Provide the owners name on the plot plan. d. Provide a legal description on the plot plan. e. The plot plan shall be drawn to an engineering scale, i.e. 1” = 10’, 1” = 20’ etc. f. Indicate the zoning of the parcel and all surrounding parcel. 2. The plans call out “28’ FROM STREET CURB” and a “10’ FROM STREET CURB”. This appears to be a street perimeter yard setback dimension. Street perimeter yard setbacks are measured from the street property line not the curb and there are no curbs along Prospect Ln or Mainard Dr. Remove this references and provide the correct street perimeter yard setbacks.
