Roof framing plan:
1. Provide a complete roof framing plan.
2. Show existing house structure and new porch together.
3. Show existing House structure and attachment of new porch.

Foundation Plan:
4. Show footing sized and locations.
5. Provide a complete cross section plan set. Provide complete view of footings, post connections, new porch to house connections, roof connections.

Electrical Review:
6. Show compliance with TEP clearance regulations.
7. All meters shall be located on an exterior house or garage wall, but not under a carport, breezeway, patio, porch, or area that can be enclosed with building expansion, TEP SR-405. Contact TEP for meter relocation requirements.
8. Electrical drops over buildings must meet service standards by TEP and E3604.2. Show overhead electrical line meets these requirements.

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1.COMMENT: Provide a Residential Plot Plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. This shall in include:
a. Lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 & the example shown on the residential plot requirements. (Lot coverage must include vehicular use area whether improved or unimproved)
b. Zoning of adjacent parcels
c. All Utility lines
d. Property line distances
f. engineering scale

2.COMMENT: Draw dimension and label the height of the new structure measured from design grade to top of wall.
