All meters shall be located on an exterior house or garage wall, but not under a carport, breezeway, patio, porch, or area that can be enclosed with building expansion, TEP SR-405. Contact TEP for meter relocation requirements. 8. Electrical drops over buildings must meet service standards by TEP and E3604.2. Show overhead electrical line meets these requirements. This shall in include: a. Lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 & the example shown on the residential plot requirements. (Lot coverage must include vehicular use area whether improved or unimproved) b. Zoning of adjacent parcels c. All Utility lines d.
