This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. 1. The proposed wall exceeds the allowed height, 6’-0”, when the wall is within the required perimeter yard, see UDC Article 6.6.2.I. A Board of Adjustment for Variance will need to be submitted and approved for the wall height of 10’-2” as shown on the plan.
