A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Please submit a landscape plan. Comment 2 from the 3/10/26 residential zoning review was not addressed but here is an updated link with examples of what is required: https://middle-housing-cotgis.hub.arcgis.com/pages/Residential-Landscaping-Code You will need 2 trees (1 per 1,000 sf of living space, rounded up) and 150 sf of groundcover (lot width minus driveway width multiplied by 5) and the area they will encompass needs to be shown on the site plan. Please list species of plants, in English. If desired, 5 shrubs located in the front yard can be substituted for one tree. Explain how the plants/trees will be watered. Trees need to be located 10’ away from a foundation and utilities, and 5’ from sidewalks. 2. With next submittal, please include the following: a. Site plan with landscape plan and notes on the same site plan b. Construction plans c. Response letter explaining how all staff comments have been addressed. 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
