A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zoning overlay. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Please provide evidence of approval by the La Estancia DRC. The letter provided with the application is not an approval for this project by the La Estancia Design Review Committee.and specifically states that approval must be obtained: “All solar panels that will be visible from neighboring properties or common areas must be approved by the Design Review Committee prior to installation and shall be in compliance with current state guidelines. All wires and conduit leading from the panel down the side of the home must be painted to match the corresponding structure.” 2. Please include the solar construction plans with the La Estancia DRC approval letter. 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
