If not occupying the property, then Option Two would apply. Please update the Owner/Builder Affidavit with Option Two completed if necessary and resubmit along with the documentation requested showing Ali Jiha is authorized to sign. 2) If a contractor with an active Arizona Contractor’s License for the applicable scope of work is being used, the contractor must be identified on the permit and have a TDC Online account in order to be added.
