A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Comment 1 from the previous Site Zoning review was not addressed. Please resubmit the next plans and include the Historic Design Review decision letter. A decision has not yet been rendered. Until the Historic Design Review is completed, Site Zoning is not able to approve the site plan and resubmitting the plans without Historic approval will result in further delay of the project. 2.
