RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The site plan submitted is partially illegible – sections of wording overlap others, some areas were not filled in, and the box at the bottom hid part of the lot. Please submit a legible basic site plan. The requirements for a site plan may be found here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Site-Plan-Examples . 2. The zoning for the lot is R-1. Please add to the new site plan. 3. The full legal description is Blenman Annex Lot 11 Blk 29. Please add to the new site plan. 4. Show dimensions for all sides of the lot. A 7.5’ wide easement along the north side of the property. Demonstrate that the fence will not be located within the easement – the easement appears to be half of an alleyway. Show the alley on the site plan.
