Until all Site Engineering comments with the review date of 1/16/2026, Site Zoning cannot approve this permit. Please resubmit materials with a copy of the Floodplain Use Permit attached to the packet. 2. Provide the RX-1 zoning on the site plan. 3. Add a North arrow to the site plan. 4. Per the final plat, general note 16 a floodplain use permit will be obtained prior to issuance of any permits. 2. This will require the submission of a Floodplain use permit. Please start a new FPU at our permit application web page: https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov/#/home. The FPU permit is a separate permit that can be submitted within the sub-records tab of this building permit on TDC online. 3. After approval and issuance of the Floodplain use permit, this permit needs to be re-submitted and will be approved by residential engineering. If you have any questions, please contact me.
