RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Revised plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a detailed letter indicating responses to the review comments.

1. (Comment) A DDO application has been received for TC-RES-0126-00116 and is in the review process under TP-MOD-0326-000027. Please review and respond to the comments left by Zoning Modifications under TP-MOD-0326-000027.

Final Site Zoning approval for this permit cannot be granted until the DDO is approved, and the follow-on two-week appeal period is complete. Once the appeal period is complete, please resubmit this permit with a copy of the DDO approval letter attached as a supporting document.

2. (Comment) The lot coverage calculation is not correct. The total lot coverage figure, which is indicated as 8,657sqft, should instead be 2,301sqft, the sum of the Total Under Roof and Driveway/Vehicular Use Area figures. That would result in a lot coverage calculation percentage of 26.58%.
