2. Depending on the scope of work for the project, a Development Package may be required to be submitted as a separate permit and approved before the commercial permit can be approved.
3. Work done in the right-of-way requires a separate permit.
4. Granada Ave. is designated as a collector street and access management will apply to the proposed gate.
