Once this step has been completed, the permit can be issued. 1) A contractor with an active Arizona Contractor’s License for the applicable scope of work, OR 2) A completed and signed Owner-Builder Affidavit (OBA). The Contractor and/or Owner must be correctly identified on the permit, and each must have a TDC Online account in order to be added. Enter the 6 digit ROC License number 7.
