A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1). 1. Comment: Please include the overlay zones applicable to the parcel including Environmental Resource Zone (ERZ) as a general note on the site plan. 2. Previous comment 4 not addressed. Site zoning is unable to approve the building permit until the Design Development Option (DDO) has been approved. A DDO application was not included with this submittal. Please see link below and include one in the next submittal. 3. Comment: The following comments are related to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO) (UDC 3.11.1): The minimum setback for side/rear yards in the SR zone is 25’ (UDC 6.3-1.A). The proposed setback from the property line to the new porch is 8’ as measured from the property line to the proposed porch column. The reduced setback will require approval through the DDO application process.
