Per :UDC Table 4.8-2 a Single-family dwelling is subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. Per UDC Article 4.9.7.B.7 For any new single-family dwelling in the R-1 zone with five bedrooms, three parking spaces are required. Depending on which dimension is used the proposed setback is either 5’-1” as shown on the (P) SITE PLAN, or the 4’-1 as shown on the (P) SOUTH ELEVATION. Either way a Design Development Option (DDO) will need to be submitted and approved. DDO application and requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Planning-Zoning-Applications/Zoning-Administration.
