TC-RES-0125-00386 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 5259 E FORT LOWELL RD/110-09-001A Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Please remove the 1/8β=1β drawing from the site plan β it is unnecessary. 2. Show proposed access path on site plan 3. Indicate how the existing ruins are to be protected on the site plan. 4. Show the electrical run from main panel to equipment on site plan, and include a call out indicating itβs length. 5. Show dimension from corner of pool to corner of house near the entry door. 6. Upon resubmittal please upload the engineering details that correspond with the Authorization Letter from Amtec. 7. PDSD will not final this permit until the separate permit for the wall is also finaled. More comments may be forth coming once corrections have been made. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the comment response letter that answers all of the above comments.
