A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: Site zoning acknowledges a neighbor waiver has been included with this submittal for the carport however this waiver needs to be included on the site plan. Please resubmit all of these documents with the neighbor waiver included on the site plan, not as a separate document. 2. Comment: Please dimension the front street setback to the carport from the property line, not Alameda Street. 3. Comment: Please provide the height and diameter of the 2 new cisterns being installed and their associated setbacks to the property lines.
