Locate and label backers for grab bars on your plans (Per Inclusive home design amendment section 1003.11.2) 3. Please provide a detailed illustration showing the height and dimensions of the bench and grab bars (Depicted in Figure 608.2.1.1 in ICC A117.1-2017 Accessible and usable buildings) 4. All lights and electrical components are to remain the existing. 5.Bathtub and shower floors and walls to a height of 6’ shall be finished with non-absorbent surface. Fiber-cement, fiber-mat reinforced cementitious backer units, glass mat gypsum backers and fiber-reinforced gypsum backers shall be used as tile backer substrate. R307.2 and R702.4 6.
