Any where that the retaining wall exceeds 48” with a 6’-0” wall n top exceeds the allowed height of UDC Article 6.6.2.I & Figure 6.6.1-A. A DDO is required.The proposed “126 L/F of 40” to 56” tall 8x8x16 retaining wall with 6’ tall 4x8x16 block wall on top” exceeds the allowed height of retaining with a 6’ wall on top, UDC Article 6.6.2.I & Figure 6.6.1-A. A Design Development Option (DDO) for wall height must be submitted and approved.
